产教融合协同培育专业学位研究生的创新与实践
摘要
Abstract
Aiming to improve the innovation level and practical ability of professional degree graduate students in the new era,this paper puts forward the industry-education integration talent cultivation system for professional degree graduate students.The four strategies of cultivating practical innovation ability for professional graduate students are proposed,including carrying out curriculum construction,strengthening professional practical training program,building teaching and research teams,and promoting the implementation and transformation of research results.The internal path is the integration of interdisciplinary and diverse educational elements.The external promotion path is a three-dimensional collaboration between government,universities,and industry enterprises.And the internal and external paths constitute the implementation path of the industry-education integrated platform.Finally,the industry-education integration platform for professional degree graduate student being constructed by Southwest Jiaotong University based on two national experimental laboratories is introduced.And its specific practice of implementing industry-education integration talent cultivation in the platform is expounded.关键词
