摘要

Abstract

In response to the pollution problem and safety issue involving in the traditional underwater blasting method,Based on Shenzhen-Zhongshan channel project,an underwater non-blast rock-breaking technology was focused on,especially rock drill bar,hydraulic hammer,and high-frequency hammer.RHT constitutive model was combined with LS-DYNA software to simulate and analyze the impact of the following parameters on granite damage state such as the falling speed of rock drill bar,the striking energy of a hydraulic hammer,the vibration force and frequency of high-frequency hammer.The results showed that the falling speed of rock drill bar first increased and then kept unchanged,which was suitable for high-strength rock structure in a wide waters.The hydraulic hammer was suitable for single-point rock-breaking construction in a narrow waterway.The high-frequency hammer was of high efficiency in breaking a fractured rock layer,the damage radius expanded with time,the energy transfer efficiency could reach up to 95%.This study provides a theory basis for optimizing the parameters applied in construction,and assists the project in improving safety and environmental protection.
