新时代地方高校汉语国际教育专业人才培养模式探析

Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of Chinese international education and the gradual expansion of the Chinese cultural dissemination market,the employment prospects of Chinese international education professionals are still not optimistic.Some local colleges and universities have immature talent cultivation models,lack of practical platforms,insignificant internship effects,deviation between employment reality and career expectations,and poor employment competitiveness.Local colleges and universities need to re-examine their training objectives,innovate talent training models,refine training plans,improve curriculum systems,optimize training paths,highlight their own advantages,strengthen regional characteristics,strengthen pertinence,and improve the quality of talent training.关键词
