Abstract

In order to realize the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the flexible operation performance of coal-fired units,a dynamic balanced evaluation architecture(DBEA)with multi-dimensional indicators was established.On the basis of the unit economic and environmental indicators,the safety indicators characteriz-ing the life damage of the key components of the unit were introduced.A dynamic process indicator calcula-tion model,an indicator dynamic weighting method combining dynamic group decision-making model and the entropy value method,and a comprehensive evaluation method combining technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)and grey relational analysis method were proposed,establishing DBEA.DBEA was applied to the evaluation of a 350 MW supercritical coal-fired unit,and the real-time data of the heating and non-heating periods during startup and peak shaving were selected to compare the trends of the bal-anced evaluation scores and the secondary indicator scores of the two periods.The results show that factors such as coal consumption and heat load significantly affect the evaluation results.The comprehensive evalua-tion scores and the secondary indicator scores of the non-heating period are significantly better than those of the heating period.Under the influence of safety indicators,the comprehensive evaluation scores of both periods show decreasing trend over time.The evaluation results are consistent with the operational data and practical experience,verifying the effectiveness of DBEA for dynamic process evaluation.The method can be extended with indicators of more dimensions to provide methodological support for the performance evaluation and op-eration optimization of units experiencing rapid and deep load changes.
