基于数据驱动的区域污染土壤碳减排关键因素研究
Data-driven study on key factors for carbon reduction from contaminated soils at regional level

Abstract
To investigate the key influencing factors for carbon reduction from cement kiln co-processing of contaminated soil at the regional level,a transportation carbon emission model including seven influencing fac-tors,such as the weight of contaminated soil,the transportation distance,and so on,was constructed using the random forest method based on the storage of contaminated plots and the current situation of cement kiln co-processing technology application in Jiangsu Province.The reliability of the model was verified using the actual transportation carbon emissions of a cement plant in Jiangsu Province.The key influencing factors of carbon reduction were investigated through characteristic importance analysis of the regional level.The results indicate that cement kiln co-processing technology has a more remarkable effect on carbon reduction compared with other remediation technologies.The carbon emissions from transporting contaminated soil using medium-sized trucks are 3.47×104 t,significantly lower than those using large and small trucks.When the transportation distance exceeds 60 km,the carbon emissions from transporting contaminated soil are lower than those from transporting purchasing clay.The outcomes of the proposed transportation carbon emission model are stable and reliable.The weight of contaminated soil and the transportation distance at each regional level have the characteristic importance proportion of above 0.96,showing they are the main factors affecting regional transportation carbon emissions.关键词
