不同种苗来源的菠萝植株形态及果实性状比较分析
Comparative Analysis of Plant Morphology and Fruit Traits in Pineapple from Different Sources of Seedlings

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to explore the differences in vegetative and reproduc-tive growth of plants in three pineapple varieties Tainong 4,Tainong 16 and Tainong 23 planted with descendant buds and absorptive buds,so as to provide a scientific reference for high quality and high yield pineapple field cultivation.[Method]Descendant shoots and absorptive shoots of pineapple varieties Tainong 4,Tainong 16 and Tainong 23 were used as seedlings,the healthy and pest-free plants and fruits with uniform maturity and growth were selected for the determination of the trait in-dexes,to analyze and compare the differences of plant morphology and fruit traits in different pine-apple varieties with different seedling sources.[Result](1)At seedling stage,there were significant differences in plant height and D-leaf width for the same source of seedlings in the 3 pineapple vari-eties,and rather big differences between the two types of seedlings for the same variety.(2)At fruit ripening stage,there were significant differences in plant height and D-leaf length of the plants in the three varieties from the same type of seedlings,and certain differences in the morphology of the plants from the two types of seedlings for the same variety.(3)Except for the significant difference in soluble solid content between the fruits from descendant shoots and absorptive shoots of Tainong 4 variety,there were no significant differences in single fruit weight,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit transverse diameter,crown bud weight,fruit eyes,fruit eye depth,fruit heart transverse diame-ter,and pericarp thickness in the fruits of the three varieties for the same type of seedlings,and in those of the same variety from the two types of seedlings.(4)The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the seedling plant height and the plant mor-phology and fruit traits in the three pineapple varieties:the seedling height was significantly and positively correlated with the plant height and plant D-leaf length;the plant height was extremely significantly and positively correlated with the crown width and D-leaf length;the crown width was extremely significantly and positively correlated with the D-leaf length,and significantly and posi-tively correlated with the single fruit weight and fruit longitudinal diameter;the single fruit weight showed extremely significant positive correlations with the longitudinal diameter and pericarp thick-ness,and significant positive correlations with fruit eye number and fruit eye depth;the fruit eye number showed a highly significant positive correlation with fruit eye depth,and a significant posi-tive correlation with fruit soluble solid content;fruit eye depth showed a significant positive correla-tion with fruit soluble solid content.[Conclusion]Pineapple absorptive shoots were more advanta-geous to grow than descendant shoots,and planting absorptive buds could effectively increase pine-apple yields.关键词
