摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of precise visual perception training combined with video feedback under the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(ICF)framework on high-risk infants with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 60 high-risk infants with cerebral palsy who were treated at Xuzhou Children's Hospital, affiliated with Xuzhou Medical University, between April 2023 and April 2024 were enrolled.Participants were randomly assigned to two groups using a random number table.30 infants in the control group received routine comprehensive intervention, while 30 infants in the treatment group received precise visual perception training combined with video feedback in addition to the standard intervention. At 3 and 6 months post-intervention,developmental outcomes were assessed using the Gesell Developmental Diagnostic Scale(GDDS),the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM),and the Fine Motor Function Measure(FMFM).Results After 3 months of intervention, both groups showed significant improvements in GDDS adaptive and language domains,as well as in total GMFM and FMFM scores compared with baseline(control group:t=-13.852,-32.600,-25.104 and-28.396,respectively,P<0.001;treatment group:t=-12.500,-64.181,-41.827 and-97.893,respectively,P<0.001).Further improvements were observed in both groups after 6 months(control group:t=-33.619,-39.198,-96.105 and-114.237,respectively,P<0.001;treatment group:t=-28.411,-62.629,-80.912 and-203.747,respectively,P<0.001).The treatment group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in all measures compared with the control group at both time points(after 3 months:t=7.036,13.677,15.956 and 32.809,respectively,P<0.001;after 6 months:t=9.269,19.297,17.623 and 29.343,respectively,P<0.001).Conclusion Precise visual perception training combined with video feedback within the ICF framework can significantly enhance gross motor, fine motor, language, and cognitive development in high-risk infants with cerebral palsy, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions.关键词
