Abstract
The new power system serves as the key infrastructure for achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and new energy storage stands as the pivotal technology bridging renewable energy integration with new power energy system.Currently,China's new energy storage sector demonstrates policy framework gradual maturation,rapid capacity expansion,diverse technology pathways,expanding application scenarios,growing centralized procurement scale,and declining costs.However,it also faces multiple challenges including low utilization rates of renewable-storage hybrid systems,unperfected market mechanisms and business models,weak profitability,emerging structural overcapacity,and rising safety incidents.To advance high-quality development in the new energy storage industry,the paper recommends further defining energy storage systems as independent market entities,developing diversified business models,prioritizing technological innovation leadership,and accelerating system integration with information technologies.关键词
