Digital parenting:concepts,measures and the relationships to child outcomes
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of informatization and intelligence,digital devices have become a new challenge for parenting,and"digital parenting"has attracted much attention,but there is still a lack of unified concept and definition of this phenomenon.Previous studies have mostly used parental regulation behavior,digital parenting styles,and media parenting behaviors to describe and develop measurement tools.However,the existing tools have the problems of imperfect reliability and validity testing and the lack of large-scale and cross-cultural testing.In addition,studies have shown that digital parenting is associated with child outcomes such as screen time,risky online behavior,and aggressive behavior.In the future,relevant research can be carried out in China to clarify the concept and measurement tools of localization,and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of various digital adjustment methods and application scenarios across cultures,so as to enrich the research on digital education based on the social and cultural background of China.关键词
