数字化转型对涉农企业全要素生产率的影响
Impact of Digital Transformation on Total Factor Productivity of Agribusinesses

Abstract
Digital transformation is an essential pathway for promoting the integration of digital and physi-cal aspects in agricultural enterprises,as well as advancing the modernization of agriculture.This study u-tilizes panel data from agricultural enterprises listed on China's A-share market between 2013 and 2022 to analyze the impact of digital transformation on total factor productivity(TFP)within these enterprises,along with its underlying mechanisms.The findings indicate that digital transformation significantly en-hances TFP in agricultural enterprises.Mechanism tests reveal that human capital and asset structure serve as mediating factors in this relationship.Furthermore,heterogeneity analysis shows that the positive effect of digital transformation on TFP is more pronounced among manufacturing-related agricultural en-terprises,non-state-owned agricultural firms,and those located in eastern regions.In light of these in-sights,it is recommended to further advance the construction of digital infrastructure while formulating dif-ferentiated development plans for the digital economy based on specific temporal,geographical,and enter-prise contexts.By empowering agricultural production through digital technologies,we can achieve sub-stantial improvements in total factor productivity across agricultural enterprises.关键词
