深部孤岛工作面沿空掘巷围岩变形与控制研究OA
Study on surrounding rock deformation and control of gob-side entry driving in deep isolated island working face
针对深部孤岛条带充填工作面沿空掘巷围岩在回采期间大变形破坏的控制难题,本文以邢东矿11235运输巷为工程背景,围绕沿空巷道围岩稳定性控制问题,通过现场实测、理论建模、数值仿真及工程实践等方法进行研究.根据现场调研,分析深部孤岛沿空掘巷围岩大变形破坏特征,并对其破坏机理进行系统阐述;构建基于不同力学本构的三维数值模型,分析了沿空掘巷在掘巷后、回采期间的应力分布特征与演化规律.结合数值模拟与理论分析结果,提出具有针对性的深部孤岛沿空巷道围岩分区控制思路,确定了 11235运输巷试验段"高强锚杆索顶帮角一体化非对称布置+底板卸压槽"的联合控制技术方案,并进行现场工业性实践.监测结果表明,沿空巷道围岩控制效果良好.
Aiming at the control problem of large deformation and failure of surrounding rock in gob excavation of deep island strip filling face during mining,No.11235 transportation roadway of Xingdong Mine was taken as the engineering background and conducts a complete system research on the stability control of surrounding rock in gob excavation by integrating field measurement,theoretical modeling,numerical simulation and engineering practice and other multidimensional research methods.According to the field investigation,the characteristics of large deformation and failure of surrounding rock in gob-side entry driving in deep isolated island were analyzed,and its failure mechanism was systematically expounded.Three-dimensional numerical models based on different mechanical constitutive models were constructed,and the stress distribution characteristics and evolution law of gob-side entry driving after driving and during mining were analyzed.Combined with the results of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,combined with the technical parameters of surrounding rock support of similar roadway in Xingdong Mine,a targeted control idea of surrounding rock zoning of roadway along goaf in deep isolated island was put forward,and then the joint control technical scheme of"integrated asymmetric arrangement of top and side angles of high-strength anchor cables and floor pressure relief groove"in the experimental section of No.11235 transport roadway was determined,and the field industrial practice and field monitoring showed that the control effect of surrounding rock of roadway along goaf was good.
