Abstract
To address the issue of high energy consumption related to the handling equipment used for the dry bulk-cargo terminal.A further study was conducted on the application of a variable frequency permanent magnet motor(VFPMM)in upgrading conveyor belt drive system based on BQ3 motor transformation project of a coal terminal in Tianjin.By comparing the traditional drive mode with VFPMM,the latter one was elaborated in detail from the aspects of working principles and advantages,complete with the design plan and execution content.The upgraded system led to a significant energy-saving result,optimized the starting performance,enhanced the reliability in operation,and reduced the maintenance costs.The above research serves as a valuable reference for the green,energy-saving and intelligent reconstruction of dry bulk-cargo terminals.关键词
