中国人源黏液型铜绿假单胞菌抗生素耐药性的Meta分析
Antibiotic resistance of human mucinous Pseudomonas aeruginosa in China:A meta review

Abstract
Objective:To systematically review the resistance of patients with mucinous Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection to different antibiotics in China.Methods:CNKI,PubMed and other databases were electronically searched to collect studies on re-sistance of mucous Pseudomonas aeruginosa to different antibiotics from 1 January 2000 to 1 November 2024.Two review authors were responsible for searching and screening the literature,re-evaluating the risk of bias of the included studies based on the data collected,and then performing a meta-analysis of the specific data of all included studies using R version 4.4.Results:A total of 32 studies involving 2 483 strains of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that:The top three antibiotic resistance rates of mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa were aztreonam 24%(95%CI 18%-29%),ciprofloxa-cin 23%(95%CI 17%-30%)and piperacillin 18%(95%CI 13%-24%).The three antibiotics with low resistance were imipenem 7%(95%CI 3%-12%),amikacin 6%(95%CI 3%-9%),and 6%(95%CI 2%-10%).Subgroup analysis of the three classes of antibiotics with high resistance rates showed that the resistance rates before 2010 were generally lower than those during 2011-2021.The drug resistance rate in east China and North China was higher than that in Southwest China.Conclusion:Current evidence shows that the resistance rate of Chinese mucinous Pseudomonas aeruginosa to amtronam,ciprofloxacin and piperacillin was higher,and it was more sensitive to meropenem,imipenem and amikacin.There were differences in drug resistance rates at different times and regions.关键词
