线粒体自噬与支气管哮喘相关性的研究进展
Research progress on the relationship between mitochondrial autophagy and bronchial asthma
摘要
Abstract
Bronchial asthma is a common chronic airway disease,and its pathogenesis remains to be further studied.The au-tophagy mechanism that maintains mitochondrial homeostasis and clears aging and damaged mitochondria is called mitochondrial autophagy.Dysregulation of mitochondrial autophagy induces excessive production of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mtROS)and secretion of various inflammatory cytokines and proteins,aggravating the progression of asthma.The removal of damaged mitochondria is essential for maintaining cell balance,and is closely related to the survival and development of asthma pa-tients.In this paper,we reviewed the relevant studies on the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma,in order to provide a new perspec-tive for the in-depth study of bronchial asthma.关键词
