针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的基础研究概况
An overview of basic research on acupuncture treatment for lumbar disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical disease and one of the main causes of lumbar and leg pain.Acupuncture treatment of LDH has obvious advantages and definite curative effect.This paper systematically reviewed the rele-vant literature on the basic research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of LDH,and the results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of LDH is closely related to various mechanisms of action,such as alleviating disc degeneration,pro-moting reabsorption after disc herniation,maintaining spinal stability,improving neural structure and function,improving microcir-culation,relieving pain,regulating inflammatory microenvironment,regulating immune response,and regulating REDOX bal-ance.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the mechanisms of acupuncturetreatment for LDH,and to provide scientific sup-port for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of LDH,and to provide reference for the future research on the rele-vant mechanisms.关键词
