基于网络药理学研究金银花抗流感病毒的有效成分及其分子机制
Revealing the Molecular Mechanisms of Antiviral Activity of Lonicerae japonicae Flos against Influenza Virus Based on Network Pharmacology

Abstract
In order to network pharmacology approaches to analyze and investigate the active constituents and molecular mechanisms of Lonicerae japonicae Flos in inhibiting influenza virus,the potential targets,pathways,and mechanisms of action of Lonicerae japonicae Flos in combating influenza virus were investi-gated through network pharmacology analysis and molecular docking methods.A total of 24 active compo-nents of Lonicerae japonicae Flos were obtained.There were 1640 targets of the anti-influenza virus and 186 KEGG signaling pathways.The main compounds,quercetin,kaempferol,luteolin,and the core targets,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor(TNF),and AKT1,had good binding ability in molecular docking.The antiviral activity of Lonicerae japonicae Flos against the influenza virus is mainly achieved through its main active ingredients,quercetin,kaempferol,luteolin,and chlorogenic acid,which act on the main targets AKT1,tumor protein p53(TP53),ALB,TNF,and IL-6 and affect the TNF,IL17,AGE-RAGE,and C-type lectin receptor signaling pathways.关键词
