A Study on Configuration Pathways:Industrial Internet Policies Boosting Regional Innovation Resource Allocation Efficiency

Abstract
Policies,as crucial instruments for national and governmental socio-economic governance,play an irreplaceable regulatory role in optimizing the allocation of regional innovation resources.Based on a configurational framework of policy elements,this paper employs the Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA)and fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)methods to analyze various policy element configurations,thereby elucidating the relationship between industrial internet policies and the effi-ciency of innovation resource allocation in regional alliances.The findings reveal that:(1)A single-oriented industrial internet policy is not a necessary condition for achieving high efficiency in innovation resource allocation.(2)There exist four configurations of industrial internet policies that lead to high innovation resource allocation efficiency.(3)Enhancing the security safeguards for industrial internet development under the condition of promoting infrastructure construction plays a universal role in policy pathways to achieve high innovation resource allocation efficiency.This paper delves into the implementation pathways of industrial internet policies that can achieve high innovation resource allocation efficiency from the perspective of regional alliances,which holds signifi-cant theoretical and practical implications.关键词
