天然CaCO3纳米颗粒改变碳酸盐岩润湿性评价实验
Evaluation experiment of natural CaCO3 nanoparticles changing carbonate rock wettability

Abstract
In order to reduce the cost of nanoparticles preparation and clarify the mechanism of nanoparticles chang-ing carbonate rock wettability,taking low-cost and environmentally friendly marine organism sepia esculenta as raw material,natural CaCO3 nanoparticles are prepared by using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)surfactant dispersing method.Rock wettability,imbibition efficiency,single-phase oil/water and oil-gas two-phase flow char-acteristics before and after CaCO3 nanoparticles adsorption are studied by contact angle measurement,static imbibi-tion and flow experiments.The results show that the prepared natural CaCO3 nanoparticles are relatively uniform near-spherical,with average particle size of 31.97~36.00 nm,total pore volume of 0.286 cm3/g and average pore size of 8.53 nm.After immersed in nanofluid,rock wettability changes from strong lipophilic(or weak hydrophilic)liquid wetting to weak lipophilic(or hydrophobic)gas wetting,and optimal mass fraction of nanofluid is 0.06%.Af-ter wettability changes,static water absorption and oil absorption of the rock decrease significantly by 69.4%and 63.9%,respectively.In single-phase water(oil)flow,water injection and oil injection pressure gradients decrease maximally by 29.3%and 46.5%,respectively.In oil-gas two-phase flow,the maximum oil saturation increases,re-sidual oil saturation decreases,and relative permeability of oil-gas two-phase increases.The research provides refer-ence for alleviating condensate blockage and increasing condensate oil production.关键词
