摘要

Abstract

In light of the isotopic anomalies in shale gas that differ from conventional natural gas,low-ma-turity Maoming oil shale was selected to conduct semi-closed system hydrocarbon generation and expulsion simulation experiments to obtain expelled hydrocarbons and retained hydrocarbons.Subsequently,gold tube closed system thermal simulation experiments were conducted on the expelled and retained hydrocarbons,and the products were subjected to quantitative and carbon isotopic analysis.The results show that:① At the same thermal maturity,the pyrolysis gas of retained hydrocarbons has lower yield,higher dryness coeffi-cient,and heavier carbon isotopic values compared with that of expelled hydrocarbons.② The carbon iso-topic value of methane increases monotonically with maturity,while the carbon isotopic values of ethane and propane exhibit two stages and can effectively reveal their source rock during the crude oil to wet gas genera-tion stages.③The mixing of pyrolysis gases from retained and expelled hydrocarbons may lead to an inverse carbon isotopic sequence.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively determine the genesis and source of natural gas by combining various geological and geochemical parameters.
