Abstract

In view of the problem that conventional polymer microsphere systems are not suitable for high-tempera-ture and high-salinity reservoirs due to poor temperature and salt resistance,a supramolecular composite micro-sphere system containing temperature-resistant group siloxane and salt-resistant group AMPS is successfully pre-pared via emulsion polymerization method.The influence of components dosages,reaction time and reaction temper-ature on the performance of microsphere system is investigated.The structure and performance of the system are characterized and evaluated through instrument detection and analysis,and its plugging performance and displace-ment effect are tested by physical simulated displacement experiment.The results show that average initial particle size of composite microsphere system is about 480 nm,with mass fraction of active matter of 25.7%.The system is stable for 14 d in condition of 170℃temperature and 34 691 mg/L salinity,and still has plugging effect after aging for 60 d.The system has good injectivity and plugging capability.Initial resistance factor of the system with mass concentration of 1 000~4 000 mg/L is≤5 at permeability of 30×10-3~300×10-3 μm2,with maximum plugging rate of 88.3%for cores with permeability of 223.8×10-3~261.0×10-3 μm2.Microsphere system with mass concentration of 2 000 mg/L gets maximum incremental recovery of 20.69 percentage points in core displacement experiment with permeability contrast of 10.Field test in high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs gets net incremental oil pro-duction of 4 603.1 m3,with stimulation-effective period exceeding 7 months and significant oil incremental effect.The technique plays demeonstration role for development of high-temperature and high-salinity offshore reservoirs.
