Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Stable Employment of Labor Force out of Pover-ty in Hebei Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has put forward new requirements for the em-ployment and entrepreneurship of labor force out of poverty.Based on non-point source data from Hebei Province,the status and existing problems of labor force out of poverty were studied deeply.The suggestions were proposed from six aspects:cultivating emerging industries,cultivating new business entities,strengthening propaganda,innovating training models,strengthening policy incentives,and transforming government functions.关键词
