慢性心力衰竭护理质量评价体系的构建与实证研究
Construction and empirical research on the evaluation system of chronic heart failure nursing quality
摘要
Abstract
Objective The standardized evaluation system of chronic heart failure nursing quality was established to provide reference for nursing managers to evaluate the quality.Methods A total of 78 caregivers from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects to establish chronic heart failure nursing quality evaluation system.Two rounds of Delphi method were revised and improved.The weight and the consistency were calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation system was finally formed.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire for evaluation of nursing quality of heart failure were tested:Cronbach's α and broken half reliability,expert evaluation of content validity,exploratory factor analysis of structure validity.To investigate the status quo of nursing quality evaluation system of chronic heart failure.Results A total of 78 heart failure caregivers participated in questionnaire survey.A total of 75 questionnaires were collected,including 5 invalid questionnaires and 70 valid questionnaires,with effective questionnaire recovery rate of 93.33％.Nursing safety,nursing writing,rescue equipment,ward integrated management,critical patient care and patient satisfaction evaluation,a total of 18 aspects,50 items.Cron-bach's α coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.851 to 0.984,and the broken half reliability ranged from 0.813 to 0.978,all of which were in line with the reliability test standards,indicating good internal consistency and reliability of the evaluation system for heart failure nursing quality.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)of the index system items ranged from 0.898 7 to 1.000 0,all of which were＞0.78,indicating that the validity of this study was good.In this study,ex-ploratory factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity of the index system.Through statistical analysis,KMO value was 0.906 and Bartlett's sphericity test value was 11 724.21(P＜0.01).With KMO value＞0.7,the cumulative vari-ance contribution rate was 78.439％.Conclusion This study is based on the social magnification of risk framework theory,and adopts Delphi method to construct chronic heart failure nursing quality evaluation system,which is scientific and reli-able,and provides theoretical basis for nurses and nursing managers.关键词
