基于微流控模型的致密油藏周期注水微观剩余油分布实验
Experiment on microscopic remaining oil distribution of cyclic water injection in tight oil reservoirs based on microfluidic model

Abstract
At present,indoor experiments and model designs for cyclic water injection in tight oil reservoirs tends to be macroscopic,with less attention paid to microscopic mechanisms involved in cyclic water injection process.In order to better reveal distribution law of microscopic remaining oil and its influencing factors during cyclic water in-jection process,a microscopic glass-etching model considering heterogeneity and fracture attribute is designed.Mi-crofluidic cyclic-water injection experiments are used to anaylze the influence injection cycle and injection rate on microscopic remaining oil occurrence types and the main forces in 2 models.The results show that in heterogeneous model,the clustered remaining oil is mainly produced in injection stage of cyclic water injection,while porous re-maining oil is mainly produced in injection-stopping stage,with incremental recovery in injection-stopping stage more than that in water injection stage.In fracture model,porous remaining oil is well produced in injection stage of cyclic water injection,while porous and columnar remaining oil is effectively produced in injection-stopping stage,with remaining oil production in injection-stopping stage more than that in water injection stage.Under the working system of"one injector,four producers",variation laws of cyclic water injection parameters of 2 models are similar.The higher the injection rate is,the stronger the water flooding sweep capacity is,and the better the cyclic water in-jection effect is.The shorter the injection cycle is,the smaller the sweep volume is.The longer the injection cycle is,the easier the injected water advances along the high-permeability direction,with not obvious pressure distur-bance and poor oil displacement effect in the matrix.When injection cycle is 10 min and injection rate is 0.2 μL/min,the development effect is best.The research provides experimental basis for fine tapping of remaining oil in late stage of high water-cut in mature oilfields.关键词
