康复新液联合伏诺拉生治疗B～C级反流性食管炎的效果
Effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with Vonoprazan on grade B-C reflux esophagitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with Vonoprazan in the treatment of grade B-C reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 120 grade B-C reflux esophagitis patients admitted to the Department of Gas-troenterology of the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Vonoprazan,and the study group was treated with oral Vonoprazan combined with Kangfuxin Solution.The clinical efficacy,endoscopic efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups,and the changes of gastric secretion function(pepsinogen Ⅰ[PG Ⅰ],gastrin[GAS]and motilin[MTL])before and 4 weeks after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total endoscopic effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The levels of PG Ⅰ,GAS and MTL in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Kangfuxin Solution combined with Vonoprazan is effective in the treatment of grade B-C reflux esophagitis,and can help to improve the symptoms of reflux and gastric secretion function of patients,and has high clinical application value.关键词
