Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of pneumonia in patients with gastric cancer after laparoscopic radical resection. Methods The clinical data of 95 patients with gastric cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical resection in Fujian Medical University 2nd Affiliated Hospital from December 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to whether pneumonia occurred after surgery and the differences in clinical data between the two groups was compared. The factors with statistical significances were included in the logistic regression equation to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative pneumonia in gastric cancer patients. Results Among 95 patients with gastric cancer,16 cases(16.84%)developed pneumonia and 79 cases(83.16%)did not.Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in age, lung disease history, smoking history and sputum excretion from postoperative care between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(β=0.149,OR=1.161,95%CI:1.039-1.297,P=0.008)and history of lung disease(β=1.388,OR=4.007,95%CI:1.265-12.697,P=0.018),smoking history(β=1.904,OR=6.710,95%CI:1.767-25.475,P=0.005),no postoperative sputum excretion(β=1.589,OR=4.900,95%CI:1.447-16.587,P=0.011)were independent risk factors for postoperative pneumonia in patients with gastric cancer. Conclusion Age,history of lung disease, smoking history and no postoperative sputum excretion are independent risk factors of pneumonia in patients with gastric cancer after laparoscopic.Clinical attention should be paid to these factors, and relevant intervention measures should be formulated to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
