Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of robot-assisted laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy on the quality of life and long-term prognosis of patients.Methods:60 patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy in a tertiary hospital from June 2017 to August 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30,performing Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy)and the control group(n=30,performing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy).Surgical outcomes,complication rates,3-year postoperative survival rates,and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The observation group showed superior surgical outcomes,lower total complication rate,higher 3-year postoperative survival rate,and better scores on the comprehensive quality of life at 3 months postoperatively compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy can effectively promote postoperative recovery,reduce complication incidence,improve long-term prognosis and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
