Application effect of internal fixation combined with absorbable anchor with thread for repairing the circumferential cartilage and capsula articu-laris in patients with acetabular posterior wall fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of simple internal fixation,internal fixation combined with absorbable anchor with thread for repairing circumferential cartilage and capsula articularis in patients with acetabular posterior wall fractures.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with acetabular posterior wall fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of ShangRao People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,with 16 cases in each group.Group A underwent internal fixation of acetabular posterior wall fractures,group B underwent internal fixation combined with absorbable anchor with thread for repairing circumferential cartilage and capsula articularis.Operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative infection rate,Matta imaging efficacy,hip function score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of Matta imaging in group B was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hip function score of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of femoral head necrosis in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment of acetabular posterior wall fractures with internal fixation combined with absorbable anchor with thread for repairing circumferential cartilage and capsula articularis can ensure the smooth and safe operation,and will not increase the risk of postoperative infection of patients,which is conducive to the early recovery and improvement of patients' joint function,relieve pain,avoid movement restrictions and other problems,and the overall treatment effect is more ideal.It has higher clinical application value.关键词
