骨科康复一体化在老年锁骨骨折术后患者中的应用
Application of orthopedic rehabilitation integration in elderly patients with clavicle fracture after operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of orthopedic rehabilitation integration in elderly patients with clav-icle fracture after operation.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with clavicular fracture who received operation in Chun'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The experimental group received the orthopedic rehabilitation integration formulated by the multidisciplinary team(including orthopedic surgeons,rehabilitation physicians,physical therapists,etc.),while the control group received routine postoperative guidance and suggestions without systematic intervention by the multidisciplinary team.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,Constant-Murley shoulder joint score,Barthel index score,pain disappearance time,fracture healing time,treatment satisfaction,complications and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in operation time and blood loss between the two groups(P＞0.05).Constant-Murley shoulder joint score and Barthel index score of experimental group were higher than those of control group 12 weeks after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of pain disappearance and fracture healing in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total treatment satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The orthopedic rehabilitation integration can improve the range of motion of shoulder joint and the ability of daily living in elderly patients after clavicle fracture,shorten the duration of pain,promote fracture healing and improve patients' satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
