Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of different manipulative reduction in emergency treatment of shoulder dislocation.Methods A total of 98 patients with shoulder dislocation admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by list random drawing method,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group underwent abductive rotation reduction and the control group underwent pedal reduction.The recovery of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of reduction between the two groups(P＞0.05).The resetting time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score after resetting was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Oxford shoulder score(OSS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Neer shoulder score(Neer)was higher than that of the control group 30 d after treatment,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction is an effective method for the treatment of shoulder dislocation.Compared with pedal method,abductive rotation reduction has better overall recovery effect and can avoid complications more effectively.关键词
