地菍种子发芽率及植株耐阴性研究
Seed Germination Rate and Shade Tolerance of Melastoma dodecandrum

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the seed germination rate and shade tolerance of Melastoma dodecandrum.The seeds were soaked in water(control),gibberellin(GA3)at 50,100,200 mg/L,or 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)at 1,5,10,and 20 mg/L.The effects of different plant hormones and their concentrations on seed germination rate were analyzed.In addition,M.dodecandrum plants were treated with shade(0%,50%,70%,and 90%),and the plant height increase,leaf area,chlorophyll content,and net photosynthetic rate were measured.The results showed that 100 mg/L GA3 and 20 mg/L 6-BA treatments significantly improved the seed germination rate,which reached 83.6%and 83.2%,respectively.The plant height increase,leaf area,and maximum net photosynthetic rate were the highest in the 70%shade treatment,and the chlorophyll content reached the highest value in the 90%shade treatment.The results indicated that soaking seads in GA3 and 6-BA at appropriate concentrations could significantly improve the seed germination rate of M.dodecandrum.M.dodecandrum had typical characteristics of shade tolerance,with 70%shading as the optimal growth condition.关键词
