Abstract
With the increasing aging population and the continuous development of geriatric medicine,the importance of doctor-patient communication has become more and more significant.Effective communication skills can not only significantly reduce the anxiety and fear of elderly patients,but also enhance the trust of patients in treatment options,thereby improving the therapeutic effect and improving the quality of life for the elderly.By analyzing the current situation of clinical graduate students'skills in doctor-patient communication in geriatrics,this paper discusses the training model of communication ability in medical education,puts forward specific communication strategies and evaluation systems based on the"three stage training model",and discusses the challenges faced by them.This study can improve the communication skills between doctors and patients of clinical graduate students of geriatric medicine,promote a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and encourage geriatric medicine educators to explore communication abil-ity training methods suitable for clinical graduate students of geriatric medicine in China.关键词
