ERAS护理干预对机器人辅助结直肠癌根治术及造口术患者的影响
Impact of ERAS nursing intervention on patients undergoing robot-assisted radical resection and ostomy for colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept-guided nursing intervention on patients undergoing robot-assisted radical resection and ostomy for colorectal cancer.Methods:90 patients who underwent robot-assisted radical resection and ostomy for colorectal cancer in the Department of General Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2019 to January 2023 were enrolled.They were divided into the observation group(n=45,receiving ERAS-guided nursing intervention based on the control group)and the control group(n=45,receiving routine nursing intervention)using the random number table method.Postoperative clinical indicators,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores,quality of life(QoL)scores,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed significantly shorter postoperative first flatus time,first defecation time,first ambulation time,and length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).CD-RISC scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)after intervention.The observation group also showed significantly improved QoL scores in general health,health status,bodily pain,mental health,physical function,vitality,and social function(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS-guided nursing intervention can significantly enhance psychological resilience and quality of life in patients undergoing robot-assisted radical resection and ostomy for colorectal cancer,accelerate recovery after surgery,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
