Abstract

This study explored the effects of selenium fertilizer on the rhizosphere soil fungal community of Amorphophallus muelleri,aiming to provide a basis for rationally applying selenium fertilizer to improve the soil micro-ecological environment and optimize the planting benefits of A.muelleri.The changes in the composition and diversity of the fungal community in the rhizosphere soil of A.muelleri after selenium fertilization in the soil were analyzed by Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that selenium fertilization increased the richness and diversity of the rhizosphere fungal community of A.muelleri.Compared with the control group,selenium fertilization increased the operational taxonomic unit(OTU)abundance,Shannon,ACE,and Chao 1 indices of soil fungi by 17.02%,6.86%,9.29%,and 10.33%,respectively.Sample-level hierarchical clustering analysis and principal coordinates analysis showed that the samples in the selenium fertilization group and the control group were in different clusters,suggesting that the fungal community composition varied significantly between groups.After selenium fertilization,the relative abundance of beneficial microorganisms such as Mortierella,Penicillium,and Trichoderma in the rhizosphere soil of A.muelleri showed an increasing trend,while that of potential phytopathogenic fungi such as Rhizoctonia and Fusarium showed a decreasing trend.The above results indicated that selenium fertilization in the soil enhanced the diversity and stability of the rhizosphere fungal community and promoted the beneficial transformation of the rhizosphere micro-ecological environment of A.muelleri.
