431例住院患者糖皮质激素类药物应用合理性分析
Rationality analysis of glucocorticoid use among 431 hospitalized patients

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application status and rationality of glucocorticoid use among inpatients at the Long-gang District People's Hospital of Shenzhen,and to provide reference for the rational application of clinical glucocorticoids.Methods A retrospective review of 431 inpatients with glucocorticoid use in Longgang District People's Hospital of Shen-zhen from 2019 to 2021 was conducted,and special comments were made based on the reasonableness of medical orders to evaluate the irrational use of glucocorticoids.Results A total of 737 glucocorticoid administrations were recorded,predomi-nantly involving Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injections(230 cases,31.21％)and Methylprednisolone(175 cases,23.74％).Among the 431 patients,65 cases(15.08％)exhibited irrational use,with unsuitable indications accounting for the largest proportion(47.69％).Conclusion The clinical application of glucocorticoids within the hospital is generally appro-priate;however,instances of inappropriate use,such as unsuitable indications,persist.These improper applications may increase patients' risks of infection and metabolic disturbances by suppressing immune responses,disrupting metabolic balance,and compromising skeletal health.Based on the study findings,it is recommended to further reinforce adherence to the Clinical Guidelines for the Use of Glucocorticoids,optimize medication management processes,and thereby enhance both the safety and therapeutic outcomes for patients.关键词
