基于数据挖掘探讨周智春教授治疗胸痹的用药规律
Medication rule of Professor ZHOU Zhichun in the treatment of chest impediment based on data mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication rule of Professor ZHOU Zhichun in the treatment of chest impediment,and to provide references for clinical prescription formulation.Methods From July 2023 to July 2024,the medication prescrip-tions of patients with chest impediment in the Outpatient Clinic of Professor ZHOU Zhichun of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Suining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to North Sichuan Medical College were collected.The Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 24 software were used to analyze the frequency,property and taste of traditional Chinese medicine,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis.Results A total of 229 prescriptions and 198 herbs were collected,with a total frequency of 4 734 herb uses.The primary efficacy categories were blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs,qi-tonifying herbs,and qi-regulating herbs.Twenty-nine high-frequency herbs(frequency ≥50)were identified,with the top ten being Paeoniae Radix Alba,Bupleuri Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Codonopsis Radix,Poria,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus,Astragali Radix,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Herb properties were predominantly warm,cold,and neutral;flavors were mainly bitter,pungent,and sweet;and meridian tropisms focused on the liver,spleen,and lung meridians,followed by the stomach,heart,and large intestine meridians.The association rules showed that Corydalis Rhizoma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Paeoniae Radix Alba had the highest support.Three core clusters were obtained by high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor ZHOU points out that liver and spleen disorders,qi deficiency and blood stasis were the basic pathogenesis of chest impediment.He believes that chest impediment was in the heart and closely related to liver and spleen,and condensed the academic thought of"regulating liver and spleen,connecting the heart and collaterals,and controlling qi and blood".Therefore,the clinical treatment of chest impediment is mainly based on the liver and spleen,and the method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation,regulating qi and removing blood stasis is often used.关键词
