隔药灸配合耳穴压豆治疗血液透析患者便秘的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of herbal separated moxibustion cooperate auricular point compression in the treatment of constipation in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 78 patients of hemodialysis patients with constipation in Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with herbal separated moxibustion cooperate auricular point compression on the basis of the Western medicine group.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score and quality of life(constipation patient quality of life scale[PAC-QOL])score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the Western group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The frequency of defecation in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the Western medicine group,and the duration of toilet use was shorter than that in the Western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Symptom score and PAC-QOL score of traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the Western group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Herbal separated moxibustion cooperate auricular point compression can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of hemodialysis patients and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
