药物基因检测在颅内药物涂层球囊术后的作用
Analysis of drug gene detection after intracranial drug-coated balloon operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the difference between antiplatelet therapy after drug-coated balloon angioplasty guided by drug gene detection and conventional antiplatelet therapy,and to evaluate the benefit of drug gene guided medication.Methods 80 elderly patients who underwent drug-coated balloon angioplasty for intracranial artery stenosis from June 2022 to May 2023 in the De-partment of Neurology Ⅰ of the Fifth People's Hospital of Jinan were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number ta-ble method,the patients were divided into a drug gene detection group(group A)and a non-drug gene detection group(group B),with 40 cases in each group.After half a year and 1 year of treatment,digital subtraction angiography,brain magnetic resonance angi-ography and brain computed tomography angiography were used to assess the vascular status and compare the occurrence of endpoint e-vents.Results Six months after operation,there was no significant difference in coagulation indexes between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in epistaxis,gingival bleeding and urinary bleeding between the two groups(P＞0.05);the gastrointestinal bleeding rate in group A was lower than that in group B(P＜0.05);the total number of haemorrhagic events in group A was lower than those in group B(P＜0.05).After 1-year follow-up,the overall endpoint events in group A were lower than those in group B,and the difference had a statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion After drug-coated balloon angioplasty,the selection of antiplatelet drugs after drug gene detection can reduce the short-term risk of bleeding,improve the long-term prognosis and delay the occurrence of endpoint events in elderly patients.关键词
