针刀松解"颈三针"治疗气滞血瘀型颈型颈椎病的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of needle knife loosening the"cervical three-needle acupuncture"in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 80 patients with neck type cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with traditional"cervical three-needle acupuncture",while the observation group was treated with needle knife loosening the"cervical three-needle acupuncture".The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)score,and infrared thermal imaging temperature were compared between the two groups.Results The overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in VAS score,NPQ score and infrared thermal imaging temperature between the two groups in time,between groups and interaction(P＜0.05).At the end of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment,the VAS scores and NPQ scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the infrared thermal imaging temperature levels were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At the end of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment,the VAS scores and NPQ scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the infrared thermal imaging temperature levels were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Needle knife loosening the"cervical three-needle acupuncture"in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type can relieve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life,and increase the infrared thermal imaging temperature of the neck,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
