Abstract

Objective:To conduct a scoping review of domestic and international literature on Da Vinci robotic surgery nurse training through summarizing the training instructors,duration,content,and evaluation tools,and to provide references for establishing a standardized training system for Da Vinci robotic surgery specialist nurses.Methods:Following the scoping review framework developed by Arksey H et al,databases including PubMed,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Web of Science,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),CNKI,Wanfang data,and VIP were searched for studies published between January 2000 and December 2023.Literature was screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results:A total of 18 studies were included.The findings revealed that trainees included surgical nurses and surgical teams.Training content covered robotic system knowledge and operational essentials,while evaluation indicators included theoretical and practical assessment scores.However,there were inconsistencies in training instructors,significant variability in training duration,and a lack of unified evaluation tools.Conclusion:Current Da Vinci robotic surgery nurse training programs show incomplete and non-standardized practices in instructor qualifications,duration,and content.Future efforts should focus on developing standardized training protocols to enhance robotic surgery nurses'collaborative competencies.
