血清miR-181a和lncRNA PVT1与缺血性脑卒中患者病情及继发癫痫的关系
Analysis of the relationship between serum miR-181a,lncRNA PVT1 and ischemic stroke and secondary epilepsy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum microRNA-181A(miR-181a)and long non-coding RNA plasmacytoma variant transocation 1(lncRNA PVT1)and ischemic stroke and secondary epileptic seizure.Methods Totally 120 ischemic stroke patients admitted to the Yan'an People's Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected to be included in the observation group,and another 120 healthy volunteers were selected to be included in the control group.Serum miR-181a,lncRNA PVT1 expression levels were detected in all enrolled subjects,and the relationships between serum miR-181a,lncRNA PVT1 expression levels and NIHSS scores,and infarct diameters in patients with ischemic stroke were analyzed.Seizures were recorded,and the relationships between serum miR-181a,lncRNA PVT1 levels,and NIHSS scores,infarct diameter in patients with ischemic stroke were analyzed by multifactorial Logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results The levels of serum miR-181a,lncRNA PVT1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum expressions of miR-181a,lncRNA PVT1 in patients with severe neurological impairment were higher than those in patients with mild to moderate neurological impairment(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expressions of miR-181a,lncRNA PVT1 in serum of patients with ischemic stroke were positively correlated with NIHSS score and infarct diameter(P<0.05).After multiariable Logistic regression analysis,serum miR-181a,lncRNA PVT1 were independent predictors of ischemic stroke in patients with seizures(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity,specificity and AUC of serum miR-181a combined with lncRNA PVT1 to predict epileptic seizure in patients with ischemic stroke was 93.15%,56.74%and 0.925,respectively.Conclusion The expressions of miR-181a and lncRNA PVT1 in the serum of patients with ischemic stroke are significantly up-regulated and closely related to the disease condition,the combined application has a certain suggestive effect on the prediction of epileptic seizure.关键词
