创新扩散理论下规范化干预对老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者情绪及自我效能的影响
Impact of standardized intervention under innovative diffusion theory on the emotions and self-efficacy of elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the impacts of standardized intervention under the innovative diffusion theory on the emo-tions and self-efficacy of elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Handan Central Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were ran-domly divided into two groups by the random number table method,each had 60 cases.The control group received conventional mode intervention,while the observation group received standardized mode intervention based on innovative diffusion theory.The two groups were compared in terms of emotions,neurological function,daily living ability,self efficacy and mastery of disease-related knowledge.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in terms of emotions,neurological function,daily living a-bility,self efficacy(P＞0.05).After intervention,the hamilton anxiety scale,hamilton depression scale and Chinese stroke scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The Barthel index and general self efficacy scale scores in all dimensions were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The mastery of disease-related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke,standardized intervention under the innovative diffusion theory can effectively alleviate negative emotions,improve neurological func-tion,enhance daily living ability and self-efficacy,and enhance disease-related knowledge mastery.关键词
