Abstract
Objective To comprehensively analyze the application effect of interactive teaching model in surgical resident training.Methods A total of 60 surgical residents who received training in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(30 cases,using conventional teaching mode)and the observation group(30 cases,using interactive teaching mode).Compared the teaching satisfaction rate,theoretical test scores,clinical practice scores(disinfection towel laying,doctor-patient communication,teamwork,clinical diagnosis and treatment ability,incision and suture ability,clinical knowledge application ability,medical record writing ability,independent learning ability,clinical thinking ability and endoscopy skills)of the two groups of surgical residents before and after training.Results The satisfaction rate of surgical residents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the training,there was no significant difference between the two groups in theoreti-cal examination scores and clinical practice scores(P>0.05).After the training,the theoretical examination scores and clin-ical practice scores of surgical residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application and effect of interactive teaching mode in the training of surgical residents are remarkable.On the one hand,it can improve the satisfaction rate of surgical residents to the teachers,and on the other hand,it can improve the theoretical assessment and clinical practice results of surgical residents.关键词
