Effect of digital OT cognitive training combined with exercise rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral infarction based on cognitive impairment and impaired neurological function

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of digital occupational therapy(OT)cognitive training and exercise rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral infarction based on cognitive impairment and neurological impairment.Methods From May 2021 to June 2023,84 patients with primary cerebral infarction in the Affiliated Huaian No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were taken as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).Patients in the control group were given routine cognitive function training and exercise rehabilitation training,patients in the observation group received digital OT cognitive training combined with exercise rehabilitation training,and both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The cognitive function,the degree of neurological impairment,ability of daily living activities,motor function,quality of life and satisfaction with rehabilitation intervention in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,MoCA,Barthel index,FMA scores were higher than those in the control group,GQOLI-74 somatic,social,psychological,substance were higher than those in the control group.The overall satisfaction rate of rehabilitation intervention of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.62%vs 80.95%).The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital OT cognitive training combined with exercise rehabilitation training can significantly improve cognitive function and the degree of neurological impairment,improve the ability of daily living activities and motor function,so as to obtain more ideal quality of life and higher satisfaction of rehabilitation intervention.关键词
