摘要

Abstract

The speed of mass transfer in gas-liquid reaction systems often affects and determines the reaction rate.Studying the technical means to enhance mass transfer is of great significance for enhancing the reaction process.Microbubbles have the characteristics of increasing specific surface area,improving gas solubility and prolonging residence time,demonstrating good application potential in gas-liquid heterogeneous reactions.Microbubble enhancement technology can significantly or exponentially improve reaction efficiency by reducing bubble size to theμm level,increasing gas-liquid interface area and enhancing mass transfer rate.The characteristics of different microbubble generation technology and overall progress of application fields in recent years were introduced.The focus was on summarizing and analyzing the application of microbubbles in gas-liquid reactions such as oxidation,hydrogenation,halogenation and ozone oxidation.The main problems and needs faced by this technology in the field of reaction enhancement were elucidated,and the future development directions of microbubble technology were further discussed.
