中药局部熏洗对慢性肾衰竭血透患者睡眠障碍干预效果研究
Effect of local fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine on sleep dis-orders in patients with chronic renal failure and hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of local fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine on sleep disorders in pa-tients with chronic renal failure and hemodialysis.Methods A total of 84 hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure admitted to the Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to random number table method.Hemodialysis treatment and basic nursing intervention were implemented in both groups,while the control group was given Estazolam Tablets and traditional Chinese medicine patch intervention.The observation group was combined with local fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis for continuous intervention for 8 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,sleep disorder,psychological status and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in terms of dreaminess and wakefulness,deficiency,insomnia,palpitation,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the scores of the quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).After intervention,patients in the same group were less likely to wake up from dreams,insomnia,palpitation,PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score than before intervention,and SF-36 score was higher than before intervention,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion Lo-cal fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine intervention can effectively improve the sleep disorder status of patients with chronic renal failure and hemodialysis,improve the sleep quality,promote the improvement of patients' psychological state,and promote the improvement of the quality of life.关键词
