集束化护理在重症多器官功能障碍综合征患者俯卧位通气联合连续肾脏代替疗法干预中的效果
Effect of bundle nursing in patients with severe multiple organ dysfunc-tion syndrome undergoing prone position ventilation combined with con-tinuous renal replacement therapy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of bundle nursing in the intervention of prone position ventilation combined with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in patients with severe multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Meth-ods A total of 66 patients with severe multiple organ dysfunction syndrome admitted to the Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University from December 2022 to August 2024 as the study subjects,and were divided into the routine group and the bundled group by random number table method,with 33 patients in each group.They were all treated with prone position ventilation combined with CRRT intervention.The conventional group was received routine nursing,while the bundled group was received bundled nursing.The severity of the condition,incidence of complications,incidence of adverse events,and recovery of the disease were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in MODS scores,acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE Ⅱ)scores between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing care,the MODS scores and APACHE Ⅱ scores of the bundled nursing group were lower than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of com-plications and the total incidence of adverse events in the bundled group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation,the ICU stay time and CRRT treatment in the bundled group were shorter than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion For severe MODS patients treated with prone ventilation combined with CRRT,bundle nursing interven-tion can effectively reduce the severity of the patient's condition,lower the incidence of complications and adverse events during treatment,and accelerate the recovery of the patient's condition.关键词
