温差刺激式口腔干预结合间歇经口管饲在老年吞咽障碍患者护理中的应用
Application of temperature difference stimulation oral intervention com-bined with intermittent oral tube feeding in the nursing of elderly patients with dysphagia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of temperature difference stimulation oral intervention combined with intermittent oral tube feeding in the nursing of elderly patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with dysphagia admitted to Yicun People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases).The control group was treated with intermittent oral tube feeding and routine oral nursing,and the study group was treated with temperature difference stimulation oral intervention combined with intermittent oral tube feeding.The degree of dysphagia,nutritional status,incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the swallowing function of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),prealbumin(PA)and albumin(ALB)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tem-perature difference stimulation oral intervention combined with intermittent oral tube feeding can not only effectively improve the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with dysphagia,but also play an important role in reducing the risk of complications and improving the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
