芳香疗法联合安宁疗护对终末期患者癌因性疲乏及负性情绪的影响
Effect of aromatherapy combined with hospice care on cancer-related fa-tigue and negative emotions in terminal patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of aromatherapy combined with hospice care in terminal patients.Methods A total of 88 termina patients admitted to Fuzhou First General Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was received conventional hospice care,while the observation group was provided with additional aromatherapy based on the standard care.Both groups were received continuous nursing observation for 6 weeks.The cancer-related fatigue,negative emotional states,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the cancer fatigue scale(CFS),patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),and generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)in observation group were lower than those in control group after nursing,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).After nursing,the positive affect score in the positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the negative affect score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The nursing total satisfac-tion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Aromatherapy can alleviate cancer-related fatigue in patients receiving end-of-life palliative care,improve their negative emotions,reduce psychological distress,promote mental health,and thereby enhance patient satisfaction.关键词
