改良铺灸联合康复训练治疗丘脑损伤后偏身感觉障碍的疗效观察
Observation on the curative effect of improved moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on hemisensory disorders after thalamic injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of improved moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on hemisensory disorder after thalamic injury.Methods Sixty patients with hemiparesthesia after thalamic injury were selected by random number table method and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received standardized western medicine treatment and routine rehabilitation training treatment,and the experimental group received improved moxibustion intervention on the basis of the control group.Conventional rehabilitation treatment was performed once a day,5 times a week,and the course of treatment in both groups lasted for 4 weeks.Sensory impairment score,Semmes-Weinstein monofilm test and modified Barthel index were evaluated in both groups.Results After 4 weeks of therapeutic observation,sensory disturbance score and modified Barthel index score experimental group were higher than those of control group after intervention[(30.37±1.97)points vs(25.57±1.76)points,(67.67±12.02)points vs(60.0±16.03)points,t=9.95,2.062,respectively,P<0.05],Semmes-Weinstein monofilament detection experiment of hand and foot was lower than those the control group[(3.28±0.36)points vs(3.65±0.77)points,(3.28±0.39)points vs(3.50±0.43)points,Z=-2.04,-2.08,respectively,P<0.05].Conclusion Improved moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate hemisensory disorder after thalamic injury,improve sensory function and enhance daily living ability,and can be used as an effective means to treat hemisensory disorder after thalamic injury.关键词
