Research progress on the effects of long working hours exposure on health of medical staff in China
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economic level and medical technology and the increasingly prominent problem of aging population,medical resources face great pressure and challenge.The continuous increase of aging population leads to a sharp rise in the demand for medical resources,while the supply of medical resources is relatively insufficient,which makes the gap of medical resources continue to expand.In order to meet the medical needs of patients,China's medical staff have to work overtime,due to long hours in a state of overload,their physical and mental health has been seriously challenged.The influence of long working hours exposure on the physical and mental health of medical workers has been widely concerned at home and abroad.Relevant studies have pointed out that the long working hours and high working pressure of medical staff may lead to physical fatigue,psychological anxiety and other problems,and may even lead to serious physical and mental health diseases.These issues not only affect the personal health of healthcare workers,but also can have a negative impact on the quality of their work and the treatment outcomes of patients.In view of this problem,this paper collected the relevant research on the long working hours exposure of medical workers in China by searching the main databases at home and abroad,and deeply discussed the specific impact of long working hours exposure on the physical and mental health of medical workers.At the same time,based on the actual situation,this paper also puts forward specific suggestions,aiming at providing scientific basis for improving the working environment of medical staff and safeguarding their physical and mental health.These suggestions include perfecting working hour system and optimizing working environment,in order to provide strong support for the sustainable development of medical cause of our country.关键词
